Al, our CEO, has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, business development and management of small businesses. Al, in addition to his experience in real estate and being a licensed mortgage broker, has over 12 years experience in the development and operations of Chambers of Commerce and serves on the Executive Board of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Chairman for Global Development. Al is President of Latin CEO International.

Mike McCarthy, our President is also a licensed mortgage broker and MBA with over 30 years of hands on experience in all aspects of management (operation, logistics, financial analysis/control, light manufacturing, transport of perishables, quality assurance TQC, and business development) in foreign operations.
He has lived in seven countries and worked in fifteen. While representing both foreign transnational and local interest, he has handled budgets up to US$ 250,000,000 annually.
Fully bilingual English/ Spanish and conversant in French.
